Is Pizzanet free for restaurants?
Yes. Registration, your own page and visibility are free. Fees only apply to online payments (5% commission). We charge nothing for cash payments.
How is Pizzanet different from Wolt?
Pizzanet doesn't take 20–30% from every order. Restaurants keep more, customer prices stay reasonable, and the restaurant handles its own delivery. You support local entrepreneurs directly.
Who handles deliveries?
The restaurant handles its own deliveries. Pizzanet is an ordering channel, not a delivery service.
How are online payments settled?
Online payments are transferred to the restaurant once a week after deducting the commission.
How are complaints handled?
The sales contract is between the customer and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for food quality and delivery. If there's a problem with your order, contact the restaurant directly.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. No registration required. You only need your name, phone number and email.
